"We hade the resort view villa. It was lovely and quiet. The staff are so welcoming and incredible. We also went to the appreciation drinks in the evening which had a great atmosphere. We ordered room service for dinner to relax in the villa and it was delicious. The breakfast was also spectacular. On our last day after checkout we had lunch by the sea. Would 100% stay again and stay for longer next time. "

"Fai and Paul were excellent. Fai help organize our wedding which was held on beach. The gazebo was incredibly decorated with flowers and lights. We had dinner on the beach under the stars in gazebo. It was so beautiful. Paul helped us coordinate transportation for a 7 hour island adventure exploring the island. Kord was super helpful and attentive to help us manage our bags during our stay. Many others were so helpful. We loved the resort and will be back. "

"This was my third time staying at this hotel and I was very pleased to find nothing had changed in the last 8 years as it's gone from being Le Meridien to The Lamai. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional at all times and keep the whole resort immaculately maintained. "This resort surpassed my expectations. The customer service is fantastic. Garrya is secluded and quiet. Most of the other resorts are in town or on the busy highway. Our stay here was perfect. The best resort/hotel I have ever stayed at. The front desk booked reservations and lined up transportation for restaurants and activities in town. Kookik knew us by name by day 2 and would say good morning everyday. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a very nice & relaxing stay. "

"Our GEM made our stay so relaxing and all our needs were taken care of. The treatments at the spa were expensive but dreamlike, we had 4 unforgettable treatments. The view was stunning. The breakfast food was 5/5. The buffet was marvellous, with an a la carte included. The hotel's accessibility could be improved. Not every staircase had a handrail. "
