"Boris was so sweet and helpful! He made our stay amazing and is so funny!! Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe.
I wouldn't stay here again or recommend due to location only but a big thank you to Boris!!!"

"Property need a lot of renovations, outdated. Staff not so helpful. Booked room with city view and got no view at all, had to go downstairs and speak with manager about room.first they say we are fully booked and don’t have any room, after I said I need refunds or going to check out tonight. They all of the sudden had a room available, didn’t understand this game. Not booking again there."
