"the bathroom was NOT clean at all when we arrived in our room. there was urine all over the bottom and side of toilet. sheets were not clean and the bed was so uncomfortable. ac barley worked as well. you would also think that the hotel would have some water in the room but no you were having to pay for everything. definitely not going back to that hotel. very disappointed. also forgot to mention… the woman working the front desk this morning was very rude to my partner when he had asked if they...

"The bed wasn’t even completely made when we arrived. We looked around. The floors had not been vacuumed. There was popcorn and food crumbs on the floors. It was just disgusting. Wanted to go down to the pool and there were so many kids in the pool you couldn’t even enjoy it. Horrible experience. I would never stay at a quality Inn again ever. When we mention to the management of the bed wasn’t even completely made he looked like he could’ve cared less."

"Very minimal amenities. Bathtub was very slick, almost fell. Air conditioner very noisy when running. Very few tv viewing options. In room frig was somewhat cold. Bed was comfortable though and the place was quiet. Okay stay if just needing a place to get off the road and crash for the night."

"The check in process was painfully slow. One person at the desk managing check in, answering phones, and dealing with other guests. Our room was very dark. Only one bedside lamp, no overhead lighting or lamps in the desk area, rendering most of the room useless to conduct any computer work or read. There were no tissues available and when I asked for some I was told "the truck didn't come in." I have stayed in many La Quinta's nationwide and this easily the worst."

More importantly, if your goal is to just get off the road because you're dead tired and need a place to sleep and won't break the bank... this is it. Was it the Ritz? Nope. Did it do its job of providing a clean bed and a place to shower? Yes."
