The toilet in my room would not flush, the handle when tried didn't move, was afraid I would break the handle off, so I had to tank the tank cover off to lift flusher manually. "We enjoy staying here while in Dubuque. Rooms are always clean, bed is comfortable, air conditioner and fridge work great. They did take out their laundry room on a recent remodel and the pool right outside the rooms make it very noisy in the rooms. We like the jacuzzi room, which has so much room and we love the jacuzzi."

"Hot tub was not heating and did not get hot until an hour before they close the pool area. Found food left from a previous guest in our room. Strange smell in hallway. And there was mold on the wall in the bathroom in our room."
