"I recently stayed at the Home Place Inn Spring I-45 North and had a great overall experience. The room was very clean and well kept, which is always one of the most important things when staying somewhere overnight. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable the entire stay. The only downside for me personally was the bed—it was a bit firm for my preference. "This is honestly the dirtiest, most awful place. My first room had a heavy odor of smoke, they were kind enough to change my room. The second one didn’t smell as bad but there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the sheets had burn holes and the chair looked like it had been picked up on the side of the road. Worse it wasn’t 5 miles from the airport but a 20 minute drive. Whoever wrote the good reviews on this place must have made some kind of mistake "

"There was no coffee maker or ice bucket in the room. The couch had stains on it. The bathroom door was all spotted with plaster from repairs. The ice machine was broke! There was not a continental breakfast as advertised. I was Extremely disappointed and will not stay here again!"
