The room was dark and cold. The only light was a overhead light that was bright enough to blind a person. There were no tableside lambs, not even a desk lamp. The refrigerator had such a large black of ice it wouldn't close. The door on the refrigerator was covered in rust, with a deep look it also had active mold growing. There was some kind of organic matter by the bed that it had turned to white powder. We're thinking either dog poop or viomet.

The place is run down. The room had holes on the wall, the bathroom door didnt close becuase the foam from inside the door was coming out through the bottom. I reserved it for 2 nights, i barely made it through the first night and left. I didnt care about losing my money for the second night .

Please don't book a room at this hotel; just seeing the outside tells you not to go in. I decided to go somewhere else—I didn't dare stay there. I wasn't inside for even 15 minutes.

POOL WAS CLOSED. TVs were obviously broken. Horrible place to stay. Stairways smelled like cigarettes horribly. Room smelled liked mold.

Rooms are just not what they are advertised as on the Internet they look nothing like what they display false advertising at its best. No couch in the rooms just a big empty space there the bedding is not washed properly stand

They didn't honor our reservation and we advised of late check in! My 13 years old and me had to go to the Emerald Inn and suites across the streets. Which was gracious enough to accommodated us. Was not good for children or clean, and TV remote was broken, nice patch in the roof! Great potential if they do the work. New update bring a very clean towel and a bacteria kit start checking A/C. It is not your house nor do you have friends. When your stay ends leave if you don't get the receipt make sure it is on a trackable payment source! Email copy to family, yourself, company you booked from. Safety first be ready for anything!
