"There were roaches in my room and when I made a complaint to the staff she advised me I had to wait until 9am to make a complaint. When I made the complaint i was told to return to my room until 11am and while i was in my room packing pest control came in to spray two areas. After he left I took a photo of a live roach on the bed. In the end i was told to contact Expedia for a 25% refund and deposit. "

I want refund. 2 other couples showed up same time and one waiting in car for an hour and the other dropped off by Uber and we had no choice after long day of travel to find another reliable more expensive sour of the moment spot in order to get long overdue sleep. "Right off the bat, we booked with OYO only to find out when navigating from our airport that it sold/closed and is now under a new name (Econolodge). I wasn’t notified. It was definitely not renovated when we went, though I believe they’re claiming it is (it must be in the EARLIEST stage if true). The property is extremely run down, very unlike the photos. "This was an okay place to stay for a couple nights I guess but it could have been a lot better. Beds were at least somewhat comfortable. The door to our room had large gaps around it allowing you to see into the room from the hallway. There was no cold water only hot water. When you shower the water would fluctuate on its own with spurts of boiling hot water then back to warm. Very weak water pressure in sink. Shower head was not great. Air conditioner worked well. "The staff working when I arrived were very sweet and they even wanted to make sure I got my points for my stay. The property and room were very clean! I only stayed one night, but had zero issues and felt very safe. Location is amazing too! Very close to Millenia Mall and surrounding food/shops. There’s also a Wawa in the same parking lot/plaza and it’s very convenient. Would definitely stay again!"

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip, especially during check-in and whenever we had questions. The location was convenient for getting around Orlando and close to attractions and restaurants, which made traveling with my daughter much easier.
