"Elevator extremely slow. Sometimes a 5 minute wait. Breakfast buffet food was cold although sold as a hot breakfast. Same drink glass I left on table at 6 pm was still there at 8 am. "

"Personal travel after having flights cancelled at ORD. Fireplace was wonderful. Everything was great. Clean rooms, bathroom with shower, soaps, shampoo & conditioner were great. The staff was great welcoming all the cold & weary flight-cancelled travelers. Check-in was a breeze!"

It was also not very clean and worn down. I’m grateful to the staff that took steps to correct the situation, but it didn’t occur without some convincing (and really pleading) that the accommodations were not acceptable for anyone.
