"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room, the staff, the energy to help at all times were top notch. I forgot my passports in the room safe and 1 day later they were mailed back to me! Communication was immediate and pleasant. I also enjoyed the food at Zephyr, especially the salmon and crab cakes! I will definitely be returning to Hotel Phoenix!"

"I am complaining about a billing error at Moxy Atlanta Downtown. After accidentally duplicating a reservation on June 27, I canceled one. GM Alfonce McKinney promised a resolution. On June 28, Expedia and hotel staff confirmed a refund was processing. Consequently, I submitted a positive review. Since June, I've sought a $200 refund. Despite providing requested details to Mr. McKinney on July 7, my follow-ups are ignored and corporate customer service cannot reach the hotel. Expedia awaits...

"Stay was pretty good for a weekend hotel. Shower was definitely the worst part of the stay. To begin with, there were several long hairs left on the actual tile back drop of the shower which was a little concerning. The water pressure was by far the worst I've had in a hotel. Also there was a sticky spot that wasnt cleaned up in the room, which was a little gross to step on. Location was good, parking was average for a busy downtown spot. Loved that the aquarium was such a easy walk to get to."
