"Booked a city view room with a higher room charge for my friend, but got a non-city view room when checked in. My friend did not like to argue so I called the front desk about this, but the front desk person just hanged up on me after I told them that the room they offered was not a city view room. Later on, they did not pick up any of my phone calls at all. It was only 7pm. Extremely bad service there!"

"Disappointing stay – outdated and uncomfortable I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are incredibly old, and the shower was in very bad condition. To make matters worse, when we arrived, the window had been left wide open with the AC turned off, so the entire room was full of mosquitoes. I would not recommend staying here."

"Hotel is great, awesome restaurant options in the hotel as well for breakfast and dinner. We also did the robot massage they have on-site which was pretty cool. Street is loud outside (no fault of the hotel) so request a higher room or bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper."

"The Delphi isn’t as bad as it seems. The King Suite was very spacious. The bathroom is big & very clean. The carpeting in the room was questionable but there’s only so much that can be done with that. Bring house slippers if you’re concerned with those types of things. The bed also sits pretty low so if you’re someone that can’t stand floor beds, this isn’t for you. Aside from that - it’s a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous rooftop restaurant, bar & heated pool. "clean, but the lighting in the room is HORRIBLE and there is no makeup mirror, so if you do makeup... bring a mirror!! also- breakfast was really good but also very expensive."

"Everything was perfect. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access many attractions, and the area felt very safe. The only aspect that needs improvement is the breakfast. It was very basic, with packaged boiled eggs, which is not what I would expect from a Marriott-standard breakfast. Upgrading the breakfast selection would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"This stay was okay. First impression was the “suite” was just a decent sized room. Chaise was not a full couch, old and hard. The leather on the bed frame was worn and torn. View was nice. We booked because of the rooftop bar (since there were no balconies) and don’t know it didn’t open until Wednesday. We went Wednesday and it wasn’t open yet. Sat around waiting and went back up at 7 to eat and enjoy - still not open. I called the front desk and 25 minutes later was told they weren’t opening...
