"The staff it’s really nice and helpful. This is my 1st hostel so I didn’t know what to expect but the property is well maintained, the breakfast top notch and the building clean overall. The only issue I have was when others are coming late and they don’t respect people are trying to sleep (but if you are in a group and all of you are together you don’t have to worry about it) this is not a facility issue. "

"Location of property is in excellent position for transport, walking and shopping. I complained about noise but no reply. I was there for almost 3 weeks. Curtains in my room were broken. The corridor to my room had a disgusting smell. The cleaning staff were excellent and were very helpful. Coffee machine was not always working. Advertised fruit and croissants not always available even before 08:00am."

"Wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer und bekamen ein doppeletagenbett. der ukrainische Mitarbeiter war sehr arrogant. das geschehe alle Freitage wieder. wir können unser geld zurück haben, falls es uns nicht passe."
