"EXCELLENT SERVICE. ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFUL. I WAS GIVEN A CARD TO USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATUON FOR FREE FOE TGE TIME I WAS THERE. CONVENIANTLY LOCATE NEXT TO A SHOPPING MALL. BUS SND TRAM STOPS WERE AT THE HOTEL.DOOR. I LOVED IT. IT WAS WORTH FOR THE PRICE. OVER SLL A BEAURIFUL EXPERIENCE, I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN"

"Hotel in a good location for city centre and public transport links - both trams and main train station. Hotel was very modern and spotless clean. We had a family room and it was comfortable and ideal for families. Breakfast had a wide selection and staff/ service was excellent. Highly recommend."

"Great stay! Hôtel was clean and staff were helpful. They were doing construction but there was no impact on stay. Laundry service available but it is 24 hour so no self service. Good location for exploring the town"

"Great welcoming staff! We arrived well before check-in and were able to drop off our bags, giving us the freedom to start exploring Basel straight away. We were also provided with a map and BaselCard on arrival, which gave us access to discounted public transport and attractions such a great bonus! The accommodation is conveniently located close to a tram stop, with trams departing every 15 minutes into the city. A great stay and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"all rooms don't have AC so you have to be careful. I had to upgrade my room because no AC do not fit me ;) They should say so when we book. We should have an option."
