"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The building had radiant heat, so no controls in the room. However the rooms had balcony doors that could be locked open to let cool air in. The bath was small but the beds were very comfortable. The location was close to the waterfront, central station and food. I felt very comfortable and safe."

"Love the old building remember in from when I was a child. Great facilities, breakfast and cheap good wine. The only thing I would like to improve is the cleaners of the showroom. That is probably due to to many young people taking showers forgot to clean up after them selves but an amazing stay would definitely recommend it to anyone."

"I had a room on the second floor and there was no lift - but in this kind of hotel you don't necessarily expect one, and the stairs were not a problem at all, being shallow and wide. The room was cleaned and made up each day, beautifully. The breakfast was served indoors or in the pleasant garden, which in the lovely weather was a bonus. The hotel is in an excellent position, handy for bus routes but on the edge of the pedestrianised centre of Aarhus, so that I was able to walk to and from...

Strongly recommend getting a room facing the square or the inner courtyard as opposed to the rooms facing the street with cafes and bars. "What a fantastic hotel. Very clean. Numerous things for the children to keep themselves occupied with such as table tennis and a pool table. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'd definitely go back. Plenty of parking."
