"We enjoyed the stay overall. It was good, not great. The check in was extremely busy and I was not prepared for how busy it would be here. There were people everywhere. The bathing pools were too full to be comfortable. The room is very expensive and quite outdated. Our bedding was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room did have a bit of a smell of a room that has been damp and dried out a million times. Likely due to the hot springs. Beautiful location. Very busy. Trying to get a table or a place at the bar at numerous places was very hectic. I should have done more research and gone at the least busy time of year. Small children ran wild up and down the halls until 11 pm on our floor. Despite our best efforts to enjoy, we ended up leaving a full night early. I did not seek a refund. I take 50% of the blame for that for not knowing the whole quaint town would be absolutely inundated."

"Overall the room was good. Bed too soft for my liking but the pillows were great. Everything was clean and neat. Noise level was good. I was close to the lobby so I heard more than most would. I would stay here again."

"Overall, a good stay for the price! The staff were accommodating, friendly, and very nice, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was also good, with plenty of choices. However, the breakfast menu was the same every day, so it would be nice to have different options each day. One downside was the smell. The place had a noticeable smoky odor, and the garage could have been cleaner. Despite that, I think the place is good value for the price. What I liked most was the location—it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was a big plus for me. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d consider staying here again."

"The front desk is very accomodating. The room is clean and there's a littke breakfast area which is a bonus. Downside is the carpeted stairs is not clean. I'm not sure if theirs an elevator coz we are directed to use the stairs to 2nd floor. Aside from that, it is good."
