"Three days without hot water even after changing rooms, I finally got hot water on night 4. And I was there for 5. The people at the front desk were great. Housekeeping would make the bed and not replenish the coffee, take we towels and not replace them. "

Only downside we found was breakfast was extremely basic without much option. But the overall stay was great for the family and we’d book there again. "
