"The area was beautiful and very quite! We loved the cabin we stayed in. While we did run into some minor issues, staff was VERY accommodating and attentive. We hope to come back and would love to stay on the grounds again. They love dogs and that made us feel more comfortable. The pool was awesome, as was the arcade room for our younger members of the group! "

"First, we got to Gettysburg more quickly that we thought we would. We went to the hotel and asked if our room was ready even though it was only about 1:00 p.m. They checked and graciously let us go to our room where we washed our hands and then we were off to explore. The next day, I had to wrap a gift for a party we were attending and had to wrap it at the hotel. I went to the front desk to ask for a scissors and tape and the woman there explained that someone had walked off with her scissors...

"This hotel was generally clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast had little protein, only yogurt and boiled eggs wirhblots of waffle irons which mustbbe helpful for families. The one comment I have to make is that the carpet in our room was filthy around the edges. They need to use a crevice tool to clean that up. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay, with 24 hour coffe and tea."

We went to the hotel and asked if our room was ready even though it was only about 1:00 p.m. They checked and graciously let us go to our room where we washed our hands and then we were off to explore. The next day, I had to wrap a gift for a party we were attending and had to wrap it at the hotel. I went to the front desk to ask for a scissors and tape and the woman there explained that someone had walked off with her scissors but she said she would look in her office. She came back with a pair and gave me a roll of tape and in no time my gift was wrapped. I so appreciated her willingness to help me - AND she did it with a smile! In addition, our room was spotless. We would choose this Wyndham again in a heartbeat! "
