"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Really nice hotel, modern and fresh. Busy reception even at 10 pm but three staff on, so dealt with quickly. Had to then wait 15 minutes while beds were changed from double to two singles but staff member kept me updated. Excellent clean room with comfy bed. Great choice at breakfast and staff constantly replenishing items. Finally, hotel in an excellent location for exploring the Docklands and 02 area, with a DLR station just yards away."
