"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!"
