"There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again."

"Great hotel, lovely staff, clean and comfy room, reasonably priced. The only downside is you can hear everything in your room so bring ear plugs if you don’t want to be woken up by someone in the next room having a piss in the middle of the night. "

"Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. "

"Was disappointed to find out long after booking that a "security deposit" was required. Had to comb through the listing because it's so well hidden - these things need to be way more prominent. Staff were friendly but a stupid policy of having to "hand write" my details on check-in was just annoying. Was rudely awoken by noisy people in the hallways at 1.30am then kept awake by metallic crashes and clangs from outside like trolleys or cages being moved around. Room was clean and had a nice...

"We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure....

"Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday."

"Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee."
