"First room we were allocated had a terrible amonia smell. After calling reception we were moved very quickly to another room which was greatly appreciated. This room however didnt have a working bathroom fan. One big recommendation is to pack your pillow. The pillows in the room were terrible."

"What a great find this place was, right in the middle of the gardens and so quiet. The bush setting outside the windows made you feel totally relaxed and certainly not in the city. Very clean, tidy and warm. The bed was cosy and the restaurant was great. Job well done everyone, will be back again for sure"

"Proximity to Corio Bay for walking & relaxing park views + we could see the bay from our balcony spa unit :-) Lift gave excellent access to upstairs unit and quite bedroom with firm mattress (preferred). Great shower and handy microwave for warming breakie (BYO). Modern amenities and excellent value for money."

"Myself and partner really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome and a smooth check in by reception. It was made even more pleasant by receiving an unexpected upgrade to which we were very grateful and appreciated. "Very spacious room, with king size bed. Well set up kitchenette. Liked that it had a large spa bath, but hard to get in and out of, and very slippery when wet. Surprisingly, no shampoo or conditioner was provided. Bathroom quite dated, and could do with a refresh. Overall, it was suitable for our needs and close to where we needed to go for the weekend. Would stay here again."
