"Staff were very attentive, room was beautiful and very spacious with all amenities needed. The roll top bath was the icing on the cake. Breakfast was very tasty and a reasonable price."

"On arrival, we were not told what breakfast times were or where we could get breakfast. We asked about parking which we had paid extra for in our room to be told it was free at weekends anyway. We had paid for pool access on the room but were not told of where this was or how to access it. As it turns out, the pool and gym are well attended by locals and we barely got a chance to go but a timetable would have been helpful. Food was excellent in the pub and grill as well as at breakfast. We paid for extras in the room such as Nespresso machine, water and sweet treat. We only got one biscuit and upon asking for a refresh after night one, they did not top up the water nor did they top up the sweet treat. Shower was amazing as was the the king size bed. Great location."

"Stated at the hotel for 2 nights and it was fabulous! Our room, Harlow Suite, was gorgeous and included a free stocked refrigerator. Staff very attentive and courteous. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Not a huge selection, but just enough of a selection to satisfy everyone. I highly recommend this hotel. "
