"The room is spacious and comfortable, but the hotel facilities are in urgent need of updates and renovations. The basketball court, swimming pool, and chairs all need significant improvements, including repairs and fresh paint. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was very no variety, and the same food was served every day. The hotel should offer more options, such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and other breakfast choices. The scrambled eggs were also excessively salty. Salt should be served separately so guests can season their food according to their personal preferences. Overall, while the room was comfortable, the facilities and breakfast service need considerable improvement to provide guests with a better experience."

"I couldn’t express how amazing was the experience at Royal Isabela. Staff: amazing, helpful, friendly, polite. The room/house: gorgeous, clean, comfortable, well decorated. Restaurant: delicious food, staff always checking on us, great recommendations, friendly, the chef make the dinner as one of the best experiences. The hotel amenities: the access to the beach is spectacular, worth every step, pool was good, the golf was very well maintained, the view from the restaurant is speechless. I already and will still keep recommending this place to everyone I know."
