Clean rooms everyday, Breakfast outstanding, Bars in the hotel are good. The vip lounge I paid for this was a bit disappointing paper cups at first no beer food ok not worth the money

Good value hotel, all staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Ashatoun on reception who arranged an early check in within 1hr, Huge thank you to him after arriving 6am. Breakfast and lunch was good standard and wide menu. Especially helpful with 25% discount food n beverage. Good value. ...

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel And Residences Emirates Pearl
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the staff were lovely. Unfortunately the pool was closed, although there was access to pools at neighbouring hotels. We had some issues within our suite that the staff were quick to address and fix. We would stay here again.
