Some staff not all . But the hotel is good although breakfast servixes weren't the best. Could wait for milk for 30mins before you drink tea or coffee.

Nothing spectacular, the doors don’t properly close, this includes the bathroom door, breakfast don’t start until 7am and they don’t have English, just noddles. Overal the staffs are very receptives and willing to help

The property facilities as displayed online is not exactly same. What I paid for is not what I got. The royal suit facilities as paid for those not exist in the property. The breakfast served is nothing to right about. After full payment for my 3 nights reservation for 3 persons, I was still asked by the hotel manager to pay additional money for breakfast for two, this I did during our entire stay, I contacted Expedia on this and I’m yet to get feedback on my compensation for the additional money spent and the inconvenience.
