"Beautiful property with free parking. Staff was very helpful. Liked that they had a grab and go breakfast for guests. Rooms were very comfortable and large. Mattress was very comfortable. Didn’t like original pillows and they were accommodating to change out pillows and make sure we liked the ones they brought to us."

"Excellent experience this time! Very tidy clean room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with a lot and healthy food"

"Room. Breakfast. Great staff."

"Top Frühstück, super schöne große Zimmer! Alles sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. 100% Weiterempfehlung!"

"We had a great stay! Great bed and pillows! Really good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at Hanscoms in Bar Harbor. Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location is about 10 minutes outside of the busy areas of Bar Harbor and about 5 minutes away from Acadia NP... close, but not too close... nice and quiet. Of course the breakfast had no vegan and gluten-free options so there was nothing for me to enjoy. Staff was very nice."

"We requested for house keeping while our room one morning and when we came back, the house keeping was never done. This was missed by the hotel staff. Apart from that it was a nice stay, very convenient location."

"It was a beautiful, well kept up home run by a wonderful family! So fun to visit with other people staying there! And the breakfast was excellent!"

"We could stay for 2 hours only for what was a 3-night booking! Rooms were the dirtiest that I have seen for any hotel, we could find human hair all over the floor/bed and black patches on floor. What made the situation even worse is we had a 2 year old with us. No safe and clean space for him. Fireplace felt more of a liability with the limited space and continuous smell. There was hardly any space to keep luggage, no closet whatsoever. We could spent 2 hours at this place (1 hour of which was...
