"We were greeted by helpful pleasant staff, parking and route to our room was easy to get to. Rhe pool area although small was warm and pleasant to use. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast had so many options, we had plenty. Room was a good size, with coffee maker, refrigerator, iron and board. Plenty of plugs for any of our needs. Only negative is carpet on the floor and only 1 night stand, as we each had CPAP machines. ( made it work, by using the ironing board) Check out was easy. Underground parking made loading up the car easy. Will 100% recommend"

"Clean room and very comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms were recently renovated and everything looked great. The a/c worked great. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, hard boiled eggs (cold), cereals, oatmeal, assorted breads/muffins, hot egg omelets, bacon, hash brown, and hot and cold drinks. It was very good and the area was kept clean. The only down side is that there is no elevator, so anyone with mobility issues will need to book on the main floor as the stairs are quite steep. I did not know this and there was an upcharge to book on the main floor. The rooms were quiet and the area is close to Magnetic Hill, and the highway."

"It would’ve gotten five stars all around if the second elevator had been working, the hotel was full and waiting for the elevator sometimes took up to 15 minutes to be able to fit on with the luggage. Definitely use the stairs if possible."
