Check in somewhat easy.
Location mint.
Rate affordable.
Here's what needs work
Ac unit very loud and over one bed so stay cool and be awake or it's humid and quiet.
Shower is tight to say the least.
Bathroom small and having the sink in living area is what it is.
No coffee or tea which is an absolute must.
Bed bedding and pillows need a little love.
Look staffs great locations great and all these wishlist items I believe are reflected of price.
Bring a kettle...
