"The couch/Chesterfield in my room, was worn out. Otherwise the room was ok. Breakfast was the usual, premade food rubbery eggs, terrible coffee. "

"To whom it may concern I usually dont say anything about noise but this actually is not fair to us who paid for a room to stay for away time to study for a course we r taken and tge noise is extremely loud. Balls hitting our door kids screaming right in front of our door . Iam very very upset. Plus the smell of stale cigarette smoke hit us right in the face when we open the door also the amount of ice and snow we had to walk through and on to get to the door was extremely dangerous especially my husband and I have disabilities and walk with a cane. I almost wanted to go get a refund and leave . We did tell the front desk out complaints and other issues apparently cant be mentioned when leaving a comment, which i totally understand, but all the said to me was oh sorry!!!!!!. "
