Upon arrival to this property we had to wait for an extended amount of time because the person at front desk could not find the reservation and had to call the manager several times. The room we were given, the ac wasn’t cooling well and the ceiling fan was broken. The bathroom was in terrible condition, rust all over the toilette and bath tub. The bed was rock hard as well. We asked for another room because of how the bathroom was looking but instead we were show much smaller rooms than the one we had paid for. Customer service is terrible! We left the property and lodged elsewhere. This property is not worth it! Just pay a little extra elsewhere!

Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded. Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel.

AC was not working had to be switchef to different room and there was no towel and the cleaning chemmical was strong. The staff was too serious no smile at all i was not sure ig something wad wrong with me. In the end i did get a AC room and towels so i wss satisfied

When I arrived, I was told I have a separate room from my husband. They then gave us a room where the sink was broken and water was licking on the floor. After complaining they moved us to a dirty room which was not cleaned and the toilet drainage smells. Wi-Fi connection was on and off throughout. No communication or update from staff. Last day of our stay at the hotel, we went out and came back to found our bedroom window opened. This was scary.

Service was friendly enough but I found the facility lack luster with much needed improvements. The.room also had issues. The bathroom was not clean. There were things in the bathtub and when wiping down the bathtub and sink, I could.see the towel stained in gray. Luckily I brought disinfectant with me. The BED!!! I like a firm mattress but the matress there is more like sleeping on a board... had absolutely no give. Many reviews raved about the food and I'm trying to wrap my head aroind what was great about the breakfast? I can say that I was thankful to get a solid substance in my mouth after.a 21 hour flight from the U.S. I was really impressed by the high ratings and was eager to experience what others experienced. I would give the overall experience a Hard 3 because I believe those working there are interested in ensuring a great stay. However, feĺl short for me.

This was my 3rd time saying here. The staff is always pleasant and the food was delicious. Will probably stay again when I return to Ghana next year.

Food from restaurant was delicious. Service and staff were excellent. Very polite and attentive. Went above and beyond to make siee i had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely book again!

Great location lovely people at your service all times. I will definitely stay again. I especially enjoyed my free shuttle to and from the hotel with the driver. Workers are so friendly and very helpful at all times. I highly recommend guys
