"The staff is wonderful the rooms outdated and not very clean."

"The hostel was clean and comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The view from the panoramic lounge was amazing and it was well stocked with board games and toys for the children to play with. Torridon is a short walk away with a general store and there is a lovely cafe nearby too. "

"This property was an unexpected gem! The property was well priced ,finishes ,were immaculate , The property is very clean .The layout of the room even allowed for a separate seating area just outside our bedroom. This property had no TV, but was not missed because of the level of Wi-Fi available. The house is in a country setting, so of course convenience to amenities such as shopping or food should not be considered. This is very quiet location and very much appreciated after long days of...

"Amazing daily breakfast and very hospitable staff. Beautiful grounds and great location. I would highly recommend staying here."

"We stayed in eight different hotels during our two week trip to the UK and this was by far our favorite because we booked a private in Japan cabin on the water. It was brand new and perfectly maintained and you could tell the owners really care. I can’t over emphasize how highly I am reading everything for this property, especially if you book the private cabins. Our next trip, we will make sure we stay here again!"

"This should be a marquee hotel with its history and design. But it's a very tired property being sweated by owners for the last bit of value. Hotel's business is mainly coach parties, so the few rack-rate customers like us feel marginalised. Seriously understaffed to serve and clean up after 3 coach parties at breakfast. Cleaning of the public areas is skimpy. Maintenance likewise. Barely adequate overall for £140/night at end of Sept. For the record, I think I should have spent a little...

"Only stayed one night. Room was comfy and clean and had a great sleep! Staff were lovely and helpful. Would stay again."

"Super Zimmer und fantastische Lage."

"Staff was always available and they all work so well together to make sure you have what you need. Very friendly group. Great location for exploring SE corner of Isle of Skye. Maybe the easiest parking in Scotland. Breakfast was fresh and excellent. After dinner one evening where we were dining in the bar, a desert cart went into the private dining room reserved for tour groups that had a bunch of creme brulee's on it. As it was not on the menu, the waiter went into the private dining room,...

"The owner Duncan is a lovely host, made us very welcome and cooked us a great meal the night we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in was ok but needs upgrading. The bath had a shower head but no screen so we couldn’t have a proper shower. There was also a large collection of hair on the bathroom floor. The hotel itself is charming with lots of personal touches and you could spend hours just looking round. We really did enjoy our stay but think it only fair share our...

"Beautiful place."

"A fantastic stay at Kintail Lodge! We stayed in the beautiful room number 1, with a lovely view. Everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Helen is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, and we had dinners always in their restuarant, which was very good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!"

"Bedrooms were over the downstairs activity room and several guests were very loud and noisy untill 23:30. Hard to sleep"

"This place was absolutely wonderful! We loved being only 10 minutes away from town, and the amazing view out of the living room windows. Any questions we had were answered very quickly and the place was just what we needed for our trip."
