"Materassi vecchi; piatto doccia usurato che sembra sporchissimo da quanto è nero... La cosa peggiore è stata dover sopportare l'assenza di acqua per un giorno e mezzo . Per poter fare il check out in oraria abbiamo lavato la faccia con le bottigliette. Oltre il danno la beffa: ci hanno negato il rimborso parziale! "

"Tout était très bien dans cet hébergement , seul le matelas était un peu trop mou pour nous . L'emplacement est excellent à quelques minutes à pied du DUOMO de MONREAL .Accueil parfait , petit dejeuner très frais ,parking avec voiturier excellent et bienvenu vu l'étroitesse des ruelles de la ville . Une très bonne adresse."

"Where to start. The room was not as advertised on the website - relatively shabby. Only one pool in action, full of screaming children and with blaring music - not what I'dexpect from a wellness and relaxation spa. No one on hand to help with pool towels or sunbeds. Pool surround had several broken patio slabs. No poolside bar, no poolside snacks. The one bar had no menus, no obvious food - we were offered some cold pasta il forno - very stodgy. No drinks offered, had to ask what drinks...

"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

"Die Lage ist absolut zentral und sehr gut gelegen. Einen Pkw Patkplatz muss man suchen. Der Straßenverkehr ist in Palermo sehr herausfordernd! Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll! Toller Aufenthalt!"

"Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel - in einer ruhigen Straße abseits vom Trubel und innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen. Individuell eingerichtete Zimmer, toller Innenhof, leckeres Frühstück - und vor allem herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"The triple comfort room was amazing. Plenty of space with the loft style apartment, right near everything but tucked away so that it was completely silent at all times. Truly a hidden gem. The AC was necessary during the Europe heat wave! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and helped us make multiple dinner and drinks reservations. 5/5. Breakfast was awesome!!"

"Siamo stati nella struttura a fine aprile, due coppie con stanze separate, ci siamo trovati a meraviglia. La struttura è in posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di palazzo reale-Orleans, praticamente 200 mt a piedi (comodissima per chi viene in aereo dall’aeroporto di punta Raisi), alla fermata dell’autobus per Monreale. È vicino alla maggior parte dei punti d’interesse del centro storico. L’ambiente è vivace, per la presenza di giovani studenti universitari, le camere...

"Neat simple hotel, as described in the pitures, clean, nice mountain view, in the center of the town and easy drive to Piana Degli Albanesi. Breakfast was included with the rate and the restaurant also serves dinner. Their cannolis were amazing and was lucky to try them as they only serve them during certain seasons. At first wanted to stay one night but ended up staying two. Wonderful owners, friendly, and helpful."

"The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame)."

"we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo.
