"Very clean hotel, close to the airport free shuttle. Great for overnight stay. The staff is super friendly. Would definitely stay there again."

"We chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. No timely response from the hotel about the shuttle when I sent a message 3 weeks before. It was supposed to come every 30 minutes. We gave up after hour. Had to take a taxi. Check in took a long time as there was only one clerk on duty. Towels thin and hard. Room tiny but clean."

"I recently stayed at citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from 13–14 June. While the hotel was convenient for airport travel, I have been disappointed by the handling of a concern that I raised during my stay. Before checking out, I reported a missing personal item to the front desk and was advised that the matter would be looked into. I later followed up by telephone and was again informed that an investigation would be conducted. Since then, I have been waiting for some form of update...

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

"On the plus side: The hotel is very quiet. The insulation must be top notch. Three hundred yards away, you can see planes taxi on the runway and none of that can be heard. Likewise, no noise from neighbors. Kudos! Noise is my chief complaint when I travel. The rooms are modern, the furnishings even a bit cool, and everything is clean. The food and service were good at the restaurant. Reception staff also were helpful and friendly. On the negative side: There was a fire alarm around 10 pm. No...

"It’s a great place to stay near the airport and the receptionist was excellent"

"The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant was good. However there is nothing else around. We were on our way to La Rochelle and it was a good stop off point for one night. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Parking very easy and just of the autoroute"
