However the area that the apartment was in I felt very unsafe as there were homeless people literally across the street sleeping in the grass in their cars and I found out there was a homeless shelter just a block away. The air conditioning did not work very well upstairs and we had to have it set on 62 just to be slightly comfortable while we slept at night.
