"The room was spacious and very clean. Amenities in room were readily available. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. The aroma was pleasing and I didn’t need to use much to get a lather. "Three of our family stayed for 5 days. The price was a little higher than expected, probably due to Eugene sporting event. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as was the daily cookies. The bed was comfortable. The laundry room was fine, a bit small though. The hotel was close to all areas of interest. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. We would probably stay there again."

She did come in and put new sheets on the bed and put new towels out, however, it was clear that it was not cleaned as the toilet had remnants in it. "All of the faucets were falling apart, The fan in the bathroom sounded like there was an animal stuck in it in pain. The switch on the wall for the air conditioning had a short. you could hear it arche when you turned it on."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable although there were only 2 pillows on a king sized bed, the carpet is heavily stained and needs replaced, the shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Overall an ok place to stay, just needs some updating"

"Great location, amazing studio suite but so much light pollution from the kitchen window and terrible curtains that didn’t fully close I got very little sleep, which was the one thing I needed the room for. If I was on a month long holiday I would’ve been grateful for the cute, clean, well stocked kitchenette but in this case I just needed to rest and the amount of sunlight / people walking past the frosted window that it was really hard to sleep."
