"My family of four were only there for one night but the couple that own the hotel were excellent. We were made to feel right at home and given tips on accessing the park and the beach. We needed to leave for the airport early (before breakfast) and they accommodated us by making sandwiches for the road and delicious coffee. The pool and property were clean. We just wish we had more time to spend there."

The rooms have been renovated and are very clean and comfortable. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was great—about a 12-minute walk to the beach and only 5 minutes to the town, so everything was within easy reach. "The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with modern facilities, well-maintained grounds, and excellent cleanliness throughout the resort. Housekeeping did a great job, and the property was always kept clean and tidy. The main area that could be improved is the service. The resort has many stairs and is spread out over a large area, so this may be why the waiters are not able to walk around and check on guests as consistently as expected. "The staff were excellent - very pleasant and friendly and always helpful. Whenever we asked for something or for any information, it was provided straight away. Service was brilliant. A pleasant walk down to the Kalkan town centre, although we tended to take a taxi back as it was uphill, but the cost was less than a fiver! The swimming pool was great too. The stay was so good that we are planning to go back next year!"
