"Booked on short notice and was happy for the availability. within waking distance of restaurants and shops. Tony at desk was friendly and helpful, check-in prompt and seamless. Room and facility clean and maintained, hot tub and pool nice temp. No kids in hot tub! Variety of breakfast food served at proper temps. Loved the tasty yogurt dispenser. Only negative was the bathroom door showed signs of moisture damage. Would stay again on our way thru MO."

"Largest brush fire in Nebraska history and the smoke alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. We did not feel safe at all ! I am owed a refund "

"Very, very disappointed in this hotel. I booked based on prior reviews and they were very wrong. The hot tub area was filthy. Dead bugs in the windowsills, given it's winter, those bugs have been there quite a while. Black mold on the walls. The hot tub itself was dirty. Signs clearly indicated that alcohol was not allowed in the pool area. Several guests were having quite the party, the beer was flowing. I, along with other guests, mentioned this to the front desk, nothing was done. Public areas were dirty. Elevators hadn't been swept out in quite some time. The breakfast was most disappointing. Breakfast was supposed to run until ten. We arrived about 9:15. The hot breakfast was out except for some potatoes. There was no waffle batter. Orange juice was out. We took the last three cups, later guests couldn't get coffee or juice. I went to front desk and told him that attention was necessary. Nothing happened. Absolutely would not stay here again."

"Pool closed, looked pretty permanent but was told closed for maintenance. That was disappointing, I picked the place partly because it had a pool. Hannibal is great to explore. Motel 6 was just a place to sleep one night & shower so the place was fine for that. "
