"The hot tub was not in working order, and the fireplace in the room would not turn on. Thankfully, I was able to have the front desk person come up to the room to fix the fireplace; there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa in the room either, something else I had to go ask the front desk for."

"My room was next to a noisy room. I had to call the front desk at 3:00 AM to address the noise, but they were unable to contact the guests. I left the hotel at 6:00 AM feeling very tired. The toilets were smaller than standard, making it difficult to sit and stand. There were also a lot of ants running around on the bathroom floor."

"Not pleased with my stay. Booked on expedia-room with hot tub. Checked in, no room with hot tub, front desk said since i booked through 3rd party they did not get my reservation right with a hot tub. Nothing offered for thw inconvenience at first. I found the email with my reservation details which did include the hot tub. Only then did they upgrade me to a king suite. The tv did not work in the kiving room and thw microwave has seen way better days. Also the lobby needs better upkeep as there...

"We paid for the room, opened the door then left immediately. The non-smoking pet room smelled so strongly of smoke that my asthmatic friend started having issues. The 1970s floor was dirty. This hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures. From the front light by the door being broken to the lobby smelling like moth balls, this place needs a thorough cleaning. Old decor is fine as long as it is clean. This place is not clean. The staff did give me my pet deposit without issue. Still...
