"This was a fantastic place to unwind. A vast array of activities in the surrounding nature or a SriLankan cooking lesson which we found was amazingly interesting and tasty!!!
A truly luxurious boutique hotel with wonderful staff.
The roads in are interesting and we were glad of the SUV we had hired. Over 4 hour drive from Colombo which was indeed stunning.

"+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. Lovely garden where you can sit and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff, especially Sameera, were absolutely excellent- they couldn’t do enough for us. "A beautiful property nestled in the jungle. The views were amazing and the sounds of the rushing river were super relaxing. The rooms were big and airy. There is no air conditioning but some ceiling fans that do the job perfectly (we were never too hot at night) - the pool with the river view in room 10 was spectacular. "まったくの詐欺ホテルでホテルズドットコムの写真にあるビリヤード場もないし、宝石採掘竪穴も全くの別の一般採掘鉱をのせてある。その他のアクティビティ写真も全部嘘。
バスタブの載った写真もあるがバスタブの水道栓はこわれたままでバスタブの中でシャワーを浴びよということだった。エアコンも壊れていて別の部屋にかえてもらった。こわれたものは直さないというインドやスリランカの特徴の典型。部屋は6室あるが2号室と3号室は部屋番号表示も無くなっている
バスシャワールームでシャワーカーテンがない部屋やある部屋もあり、何もメンテ ナンスしていない。
夕食にイカ料理を注文したのにエビ料理が出てくる。その理由もろくに説明しない。
場所が集落の中の曲がりくねった道をくねくね走り、非常にわかりづらいし、ホテルの入り口にホテル名の看板もない。何から何まで最低のひどい嘘つきホテルだ。

"Firstly, I booked this on Hotels.com and paid 'up front'. We arrived at the hotel and found out they do NOT work with Hotels/Expedia. They had no booking, not would honor what I had paid. They did have two rooms and we paid for them. Then we found out it was a 'love motel' and pay-by-the-hour for hookups. This property should be removed from selection on Hotels.com. Damn!"
