"I checked into a jacuzzi suite at Hotel Xilo Glendale and noticed what appeared to be black mold. Because of a mold allergy, I requested a different room immediately and was moved to a downgraded room without a tub. The replacement room also had a window that did not latch properly and heavy foot traffic directly outside. Due to these safety and health concerns, I did not stay overnight. My request for a full refund was not approved, which was disappointing after many years of booking travel through Expedia. I recommend confirming room conditions carefully before staying here. Expedia also is refusing my review. This is a downsized review because they don't want to hear my truth"

"Ran into an issue upon and the staff resolved it quickly and gracefully. It's not the nicest hotel, but good for short stays and easy access to the freeway. Parking is not free though, so be mindful."
