"I dont know whos fault. I booked and paid thtiugh the Hotels.com app and on the check in day, the Blackhorse Hotel said i was not booked for. Thus i lost my money and had to book other hotel as the only room available at Blackhorse wasnt suited for me. No refund for me...becareful of using hotels.com app."

"Our room staff were very good. Always made up the room to a nice standard, clean and tidy. Our main gripe was the exorbitant room rates for a room that didn’t even supply a basic Sky connection but relied on you having an app to cover your in room viewing. Very high rate considering there were at least twenty motel units within 800 meters with vacancy’s. Will say the gardens and pool area were nicely kept."
