Great Hotel property. Around it things are Beginning to build up but not the best location at the present. Room was good, bed a bit hard but still ok for sleeping. A small thing is I ask Room service for 3 days for a coke or Pepsi. They never had. All they had was Miranda or Schweppes. For the price it's the best I have stayed at in Addis and I've been going regularly for over 15 years. I will stay there again.

Great modern hotel, fairly close to the airport. Lots of ATMs a few feet from the property, also lots of restaurants nearby. The onsite restaurant serves good food. Facilities were good, WiFi had good connection, and the bed was really comfy. The staff, especially those manning the front desk were incredibly helpful. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms though, which wasn’t a problem when i stayed. Though it could be a problem during the summer? Dogs could also be heard barking at night. Could be a problem for light sleepers on the lower floors. Overall i had a pleasant stay. I wish i could have stayed longer. This is a great hotel to base yourself on in Addis.
