"I usually stay at this location while in town, but was quite disappointed in breakfast this time. There were turkey options a few days, or when asked, which was frustrating for guests who don't eat pork. We stayed for 6 nights and had to ask for extra towels each day, although 5 people were reported in the room. Some of the guest services representatives appeared to be bothered when asked"

"Did not like not given at least 2 bottles of water free upon arrival. I'm not paying $6 for the water into room. Why is there no water pitcher in the lobby like most hotels"

"The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay."

Wish we would have known we would not have been able to use that pull out bed prior to checking in so we could have asked for a room with a working pull out bed. "Check-in process was okay. Cleanliness and noise were an issue. Walked into the bathroom of my room and immediately notice a puddle of urine on the floor. Took a shower and was standing in ankle deep water. The ENTIRE room smelled like mold/mildew. The people on the other side of my room were loud as I don’t know what. They were laugh dropping things on the nightstand and had their baby/toddler us babbling some times and even crying while they did nothing to stop the baby. Unless you’re...
