"Very good cleaners. I had a room on Nth Terrace, very noisy and curtains could be extra in length, it wasn't dark for sleeping. Morning checkout staff ( man) was lovely, good customer service manners. Perfect for needing to close to RAH. Comfy bed"

"Very nice hotel in an excellent location. Great staff and service. The only thing I didn’t like was the evening cafe/restaurant on the lobby level…strive could have been better. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is, and I haven’t contacted management about this yet, that a friend dropped off a sealed package for me at the concierge it was placed in my room and when I returned the package had been opened (though nothing was missing)…"
