"Place is a little outside of town, which wasn’t an issue for us at all — maybe a 2-minute drive. The hotel room was clean and no-frills but had everything we needed. The pool was great, and we loved having the pool bar right on-site with good food and drink options. The beach area was clean, although the lounge chairs were pretty worn and could definitely use an upgrade. The kayaks were awesome and the staff was super helpful and friendly! The only thing I’d add would be some firepits — they would be such a great addition to the property, especially at night. Overall, this place is a little gem, the price was right and we really enjoyed our stay! We will be back next year."

"Beautiful location, stunning views, comfy beds, kids loved the pool. Booked on line and booked the Premium river view that said comes with balcony or patio we received the patio however the river view was of the parking lot. Did check with the staff and no other rooms available. Next time will call to book.but overall beautiful place and very convenient to shops and Olympic Museum."

"Great place at a fantastic price. Conveniently located within walking distance (or a very short drive) from all the attractions and dining of Alexandria Bay, but not directly there, which makes it quieter. There's an amazing distillery nearby, Dark Island. If you're into small batch, artisanal bourbons, don't miss it. The staff clean the rooms every day, which was unexpected but much appreciated. My one minor quibble is the size of the bathrooms/shower. They're tiny. Lots of things to do in the area, and if you have a passport, Canada is a short drive away, accessible by car via a bridge. I highly recommend this property. I should warn anyone planning a visit that the village of Alexandria Bay is seasonal. The whole place completely shuts down after Labor Day. Make sure you check online, so you don't go when pretty much everything is closed."

"Overall great experience, close to all the desired amenities in the area. Couple of hiccups, when we arrived it looked as though there was a partially eaten tunafish and sardine cans that were left in the fridge. The ac buttons did not appear to work. Was able to open the window to get some fresh air and enjoy the gentle breeze so it countered imo the ac not being an option."
