"The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown."

"We drove 2 days to get to The Best western in Plattsburgh, NY. We got to the hotel at 2 pm.and asked to check in. The clerk told us check in time was 4 pm. We told him that we had traveled from Georgia. He told us that if we wanted to check in early there would be a $25.00 fee. We have arrived at other hotels before scheduled check in times and have been accommodated. By telling us that we could check in early for a fee let us know that there were rooms ready and by arriving early the customer...

"It was ok, not the cleanest or well maintained hotel. I read online that the pool was closed for renovations I asked the front desk if it was open which they said it was. Definitely not renovated the bottom was dirty and a light fixture was floating in it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but we would not stay there again."

"Apart for the renovations taking place and the power outage (due to a serious storm), our stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views outstanding, and the breakfast was the best I've had in years!"

"The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I was disappointed to find out you had to request a room with a microwave. Also, our room keys were shut off twice during our stay, requiring us to go to the desk to get new keys to get into our room. The back parking lot was nice but to get to it from the floor the room was on you had to carry the suitcases down two sets of stairs. "

"They are a pet friendly hotel, which is fine… But we had two yappy dogs…. One in the room across the hall and one of the room next to us. Anytime either would start barking they would both start barking. Additionally, there is no trash pick up in our room for two days. Finally the breakfast was very crowded, both days only one person working there. They were overwhelmed. The trash barrels were over full, and the food was not restocked.
