"The location could not have been better. Our lovely rooms were in the waterfront building. It was a short 10 yards walk across the grass to the lake from our patio door. Curious and hungry ducks came right up to our patio door. The views of Mirror Lake had many moods from sunrise to sunset. Beautiful and peaceful. Outdoor pool was also close. "Our stay was incredible. We were met by Kim when we arrived to check in and she was amazing. We upgraded our room, got extremely helpful advice and tips. We loved loved loved the warm chocolate chip cookies and had a great chat after supper sitting by the fire in the lounge. Kim gave us great information about the hotel and its family history, as well as some fun stories about hosting the hockey kids who come to play in town.
