"We were there just before summer season started. So the pool and grounds weren't quite ready. But the room was neat and clean. The staff busy, but helpful. We would definitely return. It was a perfect spot for high peakers!"

"The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. "I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...

"I was so surprised how nice our room was. It’s been renovated recently with taste. The room was clean and inviting. It was very quiet. The dining room where the included breakfast is serve is very pleasant. The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant. It exceeded all expectations."
