Property needs work from the rooms to the hallways and gathering areas. We stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable and clean but the detailed cleaning in room not perfect. Lake Placid Inn: Residences
The unit was clean. Thought the beds were comfortable. Great location across from store. Great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Lake Placid Inn Main Street
The floors were dirty upon arrival and we did have an issue with used/ bad body odor smell with the comforter that was on the bed. We called and they arrange to swap it out. Also the pull out couch was broken and not a comfortable couch to lounge on.
