The location was awesome and pretty central, only steps to Museum Island and a tram stop. The property’s restaurant was also very good. We highly recommend!"

"Smelled very stale, carpet stained, shower was very narrow and water leaked onto the floor. There was no lobby and parking was 3 floors underground. No one around after 5 pm"

The only thing that let this hotel down was lack of vegan options at breakfastdespite me shaking prior to stay..Once i asked they found me some yogurt but would be nice to have dairy free spread so could have toast."

"A lovely hotel. Check-in was fast. There are enough lifts to take you to all floors quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to transport stops and walkable to some notable tourist attractions. The bar and restaurant are worth a visit and (once again) staff are very friendly in them. If I had any critism it would be the corporate design which makes the corridors long and dull."

Schon beim Check-in wurden wir positiv überrascht, da wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine kleine Suite erhalten haben. Das Zimmer war wirklich großzügig geschnitten und der Blick auf den Berliner Dom war einfach wunderschön.
