"When booking through Expedia, the reservation and payment goes to the owner of the property, but in order for the reservation to be identified in the property system, the owner must manually input it - and this is the problem. The owner took my money, confirmed the reservation but never input it - so the staff at the property had no record of my reservation. Thanks to Expedia for fixing this, and I got a free upgrade. My recommendation for anyone making a reservation here, call the property...

"We had a comfortable 1 night stay for our visit to the sandbanks. The hotel check in and check out was quick and smooth. They had a crib ready for us in the room as we had requested one. Our children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Having a fridge and stove was so helpful. Clean and comfortable stay for families with young kids. Thank you! :)"

"We stayed at the Claramount Club for a few nights during a trip to Prince Edward County and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was beautiful and well appointed, with heated bathroom floors and a gorgeous view of Picton Harbour that we didn’t want to leave. The property itself is stunning and clearly the result of a very thoughtful restoration. The staff were consistently responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely taken care of at every turn....

"I was there for one night visit, and I overall it was pleasant. One comment is the way bathroom is laid out, toilet so closed to sink counter, too tight."
