"Great experience – friendly staff, licensed support pet-friendly, and excellent value We had a really great stay at Western Executive Inn. The new blonde woman at the front desk was new, but she was super accommodating and handled everything with confidence—even when I was asking a lot of questions. I was really impressed with how her manager worked with her so patiently while she was learning. She never panicked and stayed kind and professional the whole time. Everyone there was very nice, which hasn’t always been our experience in Billings, so this was refreshing. The location is very central, the rooms are affordable, and it’s a great value for the price. They were also super polite and respectful about our working dogs. We showed proof, and they handled it professionally and kindly. Just a reminder to guests: please don’t lie about animals that aren’t actually service or working dogs—it makes things harder for people who truly rely on them. If you’re not a smoker, definitely ask for a non-smoking room. I will absolutely stay here again. "
