"We experienced challenged with our card and every time we would go to the reception and it was sorted effectively. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel."

"Departed too early to enjoy breakfast (but was kindly offered a snack to go) so can’t speak to breakfast. The room was quite large with a balcony, but the absolute highlight was the Hammam spa treatment. Absolutely the best decision I made prior to a very long return flight home. All staff were fantastic! Conveniently located near DAL Dalaman airport."
